Great to have you back! As you say, it has been a busy time, but I see you are on a mission to catch up on some of the activities you have missed. I've also been super busy this summer - so much to do right? - especially as the weather has been so gorgeous and warm (lots of opportunities to be outside or in the water!)

Thank you for sharing your ice art! You look like you had so much fun making it. Just a suggestion: Next time you want to get something iced out of a container...run some hot water into the sink (or a much bigger bowl) and place the iced plastic container into the hot water. It will loosen/melt the sides of the ice block, which you can then slide out. I hope that's helpful.

You mentioned you had thirteen activities to do...which will be your next one do you think?

  2. Kia Ora Neha,

My name is Zana and I am a blog commenter from the summer learning journey.

What an awesome activity, I have never made ice art before but it seems like such an awesome form of art. I always enjoy watching your videos. They are always very entertaining and you explain what you are doing for each task very well!

I think your art looks amazing, I love the colours you have used. What would you do next time to improve your ice art?

Keep up the good work and I hope to see more of your posts during the Summer Learning Journey!!

    Ngā mihi nui,

  3. Kia ora Neha. Your ice art looked very colourful. Maybe once you get the ice out of the container you could take a photo and add it to this post?
